Motivating members to regular exercise and to find the fun in sport is one of the very main tasks as a fitness trainer, and as group fitness trainer the additional challenge is to get each participant to enjoy the work-out. Through this job have I grown to feel even more secure speaking and be relaxed in front of people (even while sweating and screaming my lungs out)

The job as sales manager has pushed me to improve my English knowledge as the main source market I work with is the British travel market. I have learned to sell, negotiate and adjust products to my customers needs. Realising customers different needs and expectations is one of the main tasks of my worklife. I have also had the pleasure to take part in exhibitions and customer meetings.

During my time at IKEA did I learn to work together with not only my own team but also co-working with other directly connected department teams. Problem solver has been something that has followed my entire work life but at IKEA Kundenservice was the pressure of finding a suitable solutions within minutes an everyday task. Planning staff schedule, supervise more difficult customer cases and regular staff member meetings was something I also learned as Team Leader Assistant.
